- Personalized items: Add 3–8 business days for crafting and quality check

Mother’s Day Cutoff
Orders placed after April 23rd (USA) are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Mother’s Day. We recommend ordering early.

- Returns: Store credit for sale items. Refund for full-price items. Custom items non-returnable.
- Do not return to sender address without support approval — it’s not our return facility.
